In this day and age we are fortunate to form a kinship with people we never get to meet in person...Brian was a major inspiration when I built my mono Hi-Fi system.
Mono is under-rated imo. I love the clarity and single point source for most of my music listening. Room reflections can do what they will and i do not need to worry about moving 6 inches outside of the "sweet spot". I use a mixer to mix the left and right channels together before sending the single channel to an amp + speaker or self amplified speaker.
